Microsoft Office® Trainer

Andrew Banks has worked in the IT indrusty for 25 years and has a strong history of using the Microsoft platform and it's technolgies. He has obtained an array of Microsoft and Other IT qualifications. He is a MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Master in Office 2003 and is currently working towards upgrading this to Office® 2007. In addition to the Office Certifications Andrew has also passed a number of other Microsoft exams, and is currently a MSDST (Microsoft Desktop Support Technician) and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)
